- Before You Begin: Ensure the surface and grout joints are clean, dry, and free of dust or debris.
- Joints must be fully cured and firm before grouting.

FUGA-PAVE FLEX XP Grouting Process
- Apply grout using a rubber float or neoprene squeegee, working diagonally across the tile joints.
- Press firmly to ensure joints are fully filled with grout.

Cleo, owner of The Paving Experts says:
“We’re big fans of the new FUGA-PAVE FLEX XP Grout – it’s basically the updated version of what used to be known as ‘Part C’, but with some great upgrades. It now comes in either a 5KG tub or a 15KG bucket, and inside the 15KG you get smaller 5KG bags, which is super handy. Less waste, less mess – and ideal if you don’t need to use it all in one go. Just open a bag, use what you need, and seal the tub for later. Simple.
Plus, the buckets are lighter and reusable, which is a big win when you’re lugging kit around site all day!
It’s a top-quality hybrid grout – strong, flexible, and easy to work with. You can start mixing it by hand with a bucket and trowel, then finish it off with a paddle mixer. Aim for a thick, creamy consistency – think cake batter that’s stiff enough to trowel into your joints.
A little tip from us: mix it in smaller batches, especially if you’re working on a warm day, because it can start to go off fairly quickly. Once you get the hang of it though, it’s smooth sailing. One of the best things? No white stains. Seriously – no efflorescence, no patchy marks. Just clean, crisp grout lines in five great colours. It’s a proper pro product, whether you’re doing a sleek porcelain patio or a detailed stone pathway.”
