Seal-It is the perfect all-in-one water-based sealer for stone, tiles, marble, limestone, travertine, granite, highly absorbent stone, ceramics, and porcelain. Use this easy to apply sealer with porous stone, and prior to using Fuga-Pave Flex CH Grout to prevent risk of efflorescence & to provide stain protection. Seal-IT is highly water repellent and can be used to protect grout joints from picture framing. It is recommended that a period of 7-14 days is left before pointing & grouting your patio.

This water based universal sealer, is an all-in-one product that seals and protects both internal and external natural stone and man-made tiles. Seal-It provides superior stain protection on marble, limestone, travertine, granite, highly absorbent stone and ceramics as well as porcelain tiles, it also has the benefit of being highly water repellent. Seal-It sealer can be used to protect grout joints from picture framing.

- Check the area to be sealed is completely dry, clean, and free from all residue and previous treatments.
- Evenly apply one generous coat of Seal-It to saturate each tile and grout joint. The tile or stone paver should hold a wet or glass-like look for approximately 5 seconds. Apply more sealer if required to achieve this.
- After 10 minutes or before the sealer dries on the surface, remove and buff off any excess sealer using clean and dry white cloths. To remove stubborn residue, simply reactivate using a clean cloth, slightly wet with Seal-It.
- For highly absorbent stone apply a second coat after 3 hours using steps 2 and 3 above.
- The tiled or slabbed floor can accept light foot traffic after 4 hours from the finished final coat. Allow 48 hours after the final coat before wetting or cleaning the sealed surfaces.
- Allow Seal-IT to cure for 24hrs, then check the results and protection level by performing a clean water droplet test
