The Paving Experts story began in May 2013, set up by siblings with over 40 years’ hands on landscaping and merchant experience in the paving & construction industry - who had experienced the many frustrations of trying to source quality products quickly and at the right price!
Today, over ten years since the launch of The Paving Experts it is still family owned and run, by Cleo Canning who has decades of experience in the construction industry, having worked in both retail and e-commerce. Cleo has worked for both Tarmac & Instarmac and has vast knowledge in the landscaping industry. Now; years later - The Paving Experts are proud to be a women-led, thriving online supplier of construction, landscaping, tiling and ancillary products to both commercial landscaping and civil's contractors and domestic customers throughout the UK.
Why are we different?
We created our business to fill a clear gap in the market for hard-to-find specialist paving materials like Ultrascape Flowpoint, Nexus Titan, Joint-It Dynamic and paving primers such as Ultrascape Pro-Prime and, just as importantly, to provide real, honest, knowledgeable advice. Too often, we saw contractors and homeowners being sold products that weren’t right for their project simply because the right questions weren’t being asked—leading to avoidable failures and frustration. We believe it starts with understanding the job properly, not just selling a product. That’s why we focus on matching the right materials—whether it’s grouts, mortars, primers, sealers or repair products—to the specific conditions on site, ensuring customers get solutions that actually perform as intended.

We specialise in paving grouts, bedding mortars and pothole repair!
The Paving Experts specialise in the supply and distribution of materials for use in landscaping projects, highway maintenance schemes, urban regeneration projects, tiling, commercial flooring and internal tiling projects. We supply high spec fast set concretes, bedding mortars, instant tarmac, pothole repair materials, grouts, tiling adhesives, silicones, floor levelling compounds, ancillaries and hire products to large commercial organisations, sub-contractors and smaller domestic projects alike. Our range of bedding, priming and jointing materials that meet and exceed the strict demands of the British Standard 7533.
Known primarily for our expertise in products such as bedding mortars, pour in flowable grouts and brush in jointing sand for Sandstone Paving, Granite and Limestone, we also supply cleaning and sealing solutions to restore your paving. To complement our large product range, we also supply block cutters, wet saws, diamond blades and large commercial sponge machines to ensure that you also have the tools as well as the product to complete the job! We offer a range of quality hand tools, mortar tubs, squeegees and other landscaping equipment - and we can deliver straight to site!
Our range doesn’t stop there we also supply instant cold-lay pothole repair materials which help our customers within the many local authorities fill what is estimated to be over 900,000 potholes reported in the UK every year. We also offer a range of PAS and HAPAS approved bedding mortars, backfill flowable concrete, hot lay and cold lay asphalt and bitumen seal and tack coat that have been independently tested by a UKAS accredited laboratory and approved for use by the British Board of Agrément.
