Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.

2. Application of Terms

These Terms apply to all goods supplied by us.

By ordering goods, you confirm that:

  • You accept these Terms and Conditions
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally able to enter into a binding contract

A contract applies whether orders are placed via website, phone, or other means.

4. Product Information

  • Product descriptions are for guidance only
  • Minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur
  • All goods are subject to availability
  • Special orders must be based on accurate information provided by you
  • We may make changes required by law or safety regulations

5. Substitutions & Contact

5.1 Substitutions

We may supply a substitute product where:

  • The ordered item is out of stock
  • Stock has been sold between order and processing (including in-store or collection sales)
  • The substitute will be of equal value and similar type, function, and quality

5.2 Contact & Dispatch

We will endeavour to contact you by phone or email if there are any issues with your order, including substitutions.

If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, we may proceed with dispatch to avoid delays to your project. This is done in good faith by a small family-run business committed to customer service.


6. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Orders are only accepted once confirmed by email (Order Confirmation)
    • This may include an initial automated confirmation and a processed confirmation
  • We may reject any order for any reason
  • It is your responsibility to check all order details before submission
  • Quotations are valid for 14 days unless withdrawn earlier
  • No changes can be made after contract formation unless agreed in writing

A contract is formed only when we issue an Order Confirmation email.


7. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are as shown on the website at time of order
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • Payment methods:
    • Online card payment
    • Telephone card payment
    • BACS transfer (via phone order)
  • Payment must be received before dispatch unless agreed otherwise

8. Delivery

  • Delivery will be made within 30 days unless agreed otherwise
  • Delivery may be made in instalments where necessary
  • We may supply substitutes where required (see Section 5)
  • Delivery method:
    • Small parcels: doorstep delivery
    • Palletised goods: kerbside delivery
  • If delivery is missed, storage or redelivery charges may apply
  • Goods become your responsibility upon delivery or collection
  • You should inspect goods upon receipt where reasonably possible
  • We do not generally deliver outside mainland England, Wales, and Scotland
  • If we do, import duties or taxes may apply and are your responsibility

9. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk passes on delivery or collection
  • Ownership remains with us until full payment is received
  • We may recover goods if payment is not completed
  • We may cancel delivery if payment becomes overdue or insolvency occurs

10. Cancellation & Returns

10.1 Right to Cancel

  • You may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods
  • Exclusions:
    • Made-to-order or bespoke goods
    • Perishable or time-sensitive materials (e.g. cement-based products)
  • Cancellation rights end if goods are inseparably mixed with other materials

10.2 Returns

  • Goods must be returned in saleable condition
  • You are responsible for return costs
  • Refunds exclude delivery charges where applicable

11. Refunds

  • Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving goods or proof of return
  • We may deduct value for excessive handling or damage
  • Refunds are made via original payment method
  • No fees will be charged for refunds

12. Goods & Availability

  • Goods descriptions are illustrative and may vary slightly
  • All goods are subject to availability
  • We may make legal or safety-related changes to goods
  • You are responsible for accuracy of any bespoke specifications

13. Conformity & Quality

We are legally required to supply goods that:

  • Are of satisfactory quality
  • Match their description
  • Are fit for any purpose made known to us

We are not responsible for issues caused by materials supplied by you.


14. Liability

We do not exclude liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or unforeseeable losses
  • Business-related losses (where applicable)

15. Personal Information

  • We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR
  • Data is used only for order fulfilment and service purposes
  • We may contact you regarding your order by phone, email, or post

16. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
