About Victoria and her role

Career pathway
After finishing university in North West England, Victoria worked in marketing and communications for the Environment Agency for almost a decade, followed by copywriting roles at City & Guilds and TripAdvisor to name a few. She now works as a freelance copywriter.
“I was no stranger to the world of landscaping before joining the team. During my time at the Environment Agency, I wrote communications pieces on the benefits of sustainable urban drainage systems, plus an extensive guide on landscaping design along the River Thames.”
Qualifications and professional development
Victoria has completed a professional diploma in public relations. Throughout her career she has continued her training in communications, website usability, search engines and writing for the web.
Having joined The Paving Experts in early 2020, she shares, “I never thought I’d know so much about paving grout and pothole repairs! From my ongoing conversations with the team and our regular specialist contributors, I now know exactly which products I’ll be using when I start landscaping my own garden, and what pitfalls to look out for.”
