1. Test First – Read instructions fully. Test on a small, hidden area before use.
   
2. Prepare Surface – Ensure area is clean, dry, and contamination-free.
   
3. Safety – Wear PPE and suitable protective clothing.
   
4. Tools – Clean tools with warm water before drying.
   
5. Apply Sealer –
   
   • Shake well.
     
   • Apply with roller, brush, sponge, or microfibre cloth.
     
   • Coat well, avoid un-grouted joints (just coat surface of tiles or slabs) 
     
6. Dry Time –
   
   • Wait 15–20 mins before second coat.
     
   • Apply second coat the same way.
     
   • Let dry at least 1 hour before grouting (longer if cold).
     
7. After Use – Sealer will wash off during cleaning. Remove any residue with clean water.
   
8. Important –
   
   • Do not use below 5°C or in damp conditions.
