How to mix Post Fix Rapid Hardening Concrete

Post Fix should be mixed by hand or with a freefall mixer:

1. Simply mix the inner bag containing the cement with the aggregate. Add approximately 1.75 litres of water initially and mix thoroughly.
2. Should the addition of extra water be required, add only small amounts at a time to a maximum of 2.5 litres and mix gradually until a stiff concrete consistency is achieved.
3. The addition of excessive water will result in slower strength gain, reduced final compressive strength and the possibility of shrinkage cracking.

How to apply Post Fix Rapid Hardening Concrete

1. Apply Post Fix material over the pre-soaked area within 4 minutes of mixing.
2. Firm the material well into position by tamping or using a float.
3. Clean any mixing equipment with water immediately after use.
