UltraTile ProSealer Silicone Sealant (Box of 12)

UltraTile ProSealer is a neutral cure silicone sealant, ideal for all kitchen and bathroom applications, that provides a highly flexible and water resistant seal to a wide variety of sanitary joints conforming to ISO 846 and construction joint applications accommodating high movement and temperature changes. ProSealer is also manufactured to meet the requirements of ISO 11600 25LM. UltraTile ProSealer is easy to apply, FDA approved and boasts excellent adhesion without the need to prime. The colour range of this silicone has been designed to complement UltraTile ProGrout Flexible, and comes in 310ml tube, Clear, White, Cream, Jasmine, Limestone, Taupe, Silver Grey, Mid-Grey, Grey, Charcoal & Black.

UltraTile ProSealer Silicone Applications:

UltraTile ProSealer is suitable for sanitary, glazing, construction & industrial applications onto ceramic, acrylic, laminate, metal, wood or glass surfaces. Sanitary applications include both internal & external areas, bathrooms, kitchens and other areas prone to high humidity. Sealing of all types of sanitary-ware including baths, basins, showers, toilets and glazed tile surrounds. When using with natural stone tiles, please try an inconspicuous area first to ensure suitable before use. UltraTile ProSealer is not suitable for bitumen, asphalt or aquariums.

UltraTile ProSealer Silicone Surface Preparation & Application:

Surfaces to be sealed must be sound, dry, clean & free of dust, grease and other dirt contaminants. Deep gaps must be filled prior to the application of UltraTile ProSealer. When applying to plastic and acrylic baths, please ensure that you fill the bath half full with water whilst sealing and during cure. Filling the bath ensures that this provides a midpoint for any movement that will be encountered. Always tool & strike off the sealant to ensure a proper bond is achieved. Tool within 15 minutes of applying.
