For a super-strong, flexible and fast-setting cementitious floor leveller, choose UltraTileFix ProLevel Rapid. Reinforced with fibres, this rapid-working leveller is specially formulated to set fast and offer an even base ready for tiling after just 45 minutes.

ProLevel Rapid Flexible Floor Leveller is ideal for fast-moving projects that need to be tiled on the same day. It has the flexibility to level timber floors and underfloor heating systems. Available to buy in 20kg reinforced paper bags (Part Pallet Offer: 28x 20kg bags).

ProLevel Rapid contains a blend of specially graded fillers, fine cements, polymers and fibres that together provide its superior strength. It offers an even base ready to walk on after just 30 minutes and begin tiling after just 45 minutes.

How to mix and apply ProLevel Rapid Floor Leveller

  • Mixing ratios of powder and water should be controlled to ensure a free flowing material suitable for 2-15mm application.
  • Do not use excess water as this will affect the product performance and finish.
  • For trowel/hand application mix in a clean bucket using clean cold water, as warm water will greatly reduce the product’s working time and may result in shrinkage.

For the best results, follow the manufacturer's instructions:

  1. Pour 4.5 litres of water into an oversized bucket (20+ litres).
  2. Gradually add the powder whilst mixing continually with an electric drill with power whisk.
  3. When all powder is added mix for a further 2 minutes, keeping the whisk below the surface (to minimise air entrapment) until a lump free creamy material is attained.
  4. Once mixed, the product can be applied by pouring onto the floor and spreading with a smooth edge steel trowel.
  5. Plan to begin at the furthest point working back towards the point of entry to avoid walking through wet product.
  6. Maintain a wet edge to ensure adjacent mixes blend in correctly.
  7. For large areas or deep sections it may be beneficial to batten off areas into sections.
  8. Keep free from floor traffic and other trades whilst curing.
