For the fastest clean up of PAVING GROUT such as Fuga Pave, Flowpoint, Larsen FJM and Marshalls Exterior Jointing Grout on newly laid patios, choose the Berta Sponge Machine at just £1537.59+VAT.
The Raimondi Berta ADV Electrosponge machine is compact, lightweight and transportable (fits neatly in a car boot!). This sponge machine from Raimondi is perfect for cleaning cement or epoxy resin-based grout from all types of floors including; terracotta, porcelain, double and single-fired tiles, marble, clinker, porphyry, natural stone, quarry and concrete. It won’t pull the new laid paving grout out of the joints and because it’s so compact and easy to handle, it’s suitable for use even in the smallest areas.
What’s more the moisture level in the sponge is adjustable via a pressure lever, which can also adjust the front wheels. The sponge is fed from an easy-to-remove impact resistant plastic water tank by a foam-reducing belt, so there’s also no pump to clog up. The roller can easily be replaced thanks to the magnetic “quick clutch” system. And there are three different sponges that you can choose from to fit the machine Avana, Sweepex or Cellulosa Sponge Rollers.
The Berta Sponge Machine’s handle folds down for easy storage and transport and is fully adjustable in both height and angle, to ensure it’s comfortable to use. The die-cast aluminium body reduces weight while increasing overall strength.
The Berta comes with a free sponge, but if you’d like to purchase an additional one, choose from Avana (brown for cement based grout), Sweepex (soft yellow with high absorption for cement based grout) and Cellulosa (dense yellow for epoxy resin based grout)!
- Please note that this machine doesn’t come with a Transformer, you need a 1.5Kva, 110volt transformer.

Jon Gerrish, Paved in Stone –
I recently did a job that was 130m2. The Berta was ideal as we had all of the paving laid and cleaned in a day! I bought the Berta 14 months ago and it has definitely paid for itself. I guess after using it for paving around 300m2 it’s well worth the money and gives a return on investment.
Alfie Isaacs –
I’m glad I got a Berta. It makes grouting so much quicker and easier!”
