Delivery
At The Paving Experts, we understand the need to get your materials to site – quickly, efficiently, and at a great price. Our aim is to keep our product prices low and delivery prices fair. You won’t find us wrapping up delivery charges within our product prices so that we can offer you free delivery. Our delivery prices are fully transparent, and based on the weight, dimensions and how quickly you need your goods.
So, if you only want one bag of Flowpoint, or a few tubs of EasyJoint, we’ll wrap these carefully and send them via a courier as they usually get delivered faster! However, if you want six items or more, we’ll generally send this out on a pallet via our courier.
Sometimes you may need your order urgently. Other times you may be happy to wait a few days. That is why we offer two levels of delivery method: A Premium Express* 1-2 Working Day Delivery service or our cost-effective 3–5 Working Day Standard Delivery. Select the appropriate delivery rate at checkout.
Last date for pre-Christmas delivery, 12pm on Wednesday 18th Dec*
Looking to place any last-minute orders prior to Christmas? Our last date for general orders via our phone lines or online is by Wednesday 18th December.*
If you are ordering full pallets – then the last date for orders is Friday 13th December.

- Standard 3-5 Working Day Delivery: Orders placed by Wednesday 18th December, will be collected by our delivery partners the same day, for delivery by Monday 23rd December
- Premium 1-2 Working Day Delivery: Orders placed by Friday 20th December (by 12 noon), will be collected by our delivery partners the same day for delivery by Monday 23rd December
- Direct Pallet & ½ Pallet Orders*: Place your order by Friday 13th December to ensure delivery by Christmas (usually 4-5 working days). For urgent Pallet Orders call us on 0330 122 1025 or 01827 794 350, we do also carry stock at our yard
*We do hate to let our customers down! But, it’s the busiest time of year on the roads for delivery vehicles and couriers, and whilst we aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, once they have left our depot we are in their hands and we cannot 100% guarantee delivery pre-Christmas, sometimes there are issues outside of our control. To ensure that your items are delivered before Christmas, please ensure you leave plenty of time. As a small, family run business – who always put their customers 1st, your understanding is always appreciated. Thank you. Christmas Opening:
The Paving Experts telephone lines will be closed for the Christmas & New Year Holidays from 1.00pm on Monday 23rd December 2024, until 9am Thursday 2nd January 2025.
Our online store will continue to take orders as normal across the festive period, however, our dispatch department and our courier partners will also be closed during this time, invoice confirmations will be processed across the Christmas holidays by our ‘Elf’. All orders will be dispatched for delivery by latest Thursday 2nd January 2025 and we will endeavour to get any products ordered over the Christmas period to you as quickly as we can.

Delivery costs for England and Wales
Our delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. When you add items to your basket, the delivery charges are displayed.
Small orders are distributed via courier; larger orders via Pallet Network. A local delivery service is available within 30 miles of our depot in Tamworth. Call us for details, and also to arrange an order for Click and Collect.

Local Delivery and Click & Collect
Our local delivery service is available if you live close to our depot in Tamworth, Staffordshire. For just £25 plus VAT we can deliver direct to you if you are within 30 miles of B79 0AU. Please call us for details.
Click & Collect is also available and pick-ups can be arranged from our Tamworth depot. Please call us to arrange a Click & Collect service.
Scotland delivery prices
These shipping prices are for mainland Scotland (not the Scottish islands).

*Premium Express delivery
Premium Express delivery is generally an extra £15-20 (exclusions apply).
If a Premium Express Delivery order is placed before midday Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), the order is dispatched on the same day.
If the order is placed after midday or on a non-working day, the order is dispatched on the next working day.
However, this service is NOT guaranteed and the order can take up to 48 hours (1-2 working days) to arrive. For example, an order placed on a Friday before midday would be despatched the same day for delivery on Monday.
Bespoke delivery options
You’ll notice that some of our products have their own set price for delivery. This is because a few products are outsized and take up more room on the courier than their weight category. Please call us if you have a query.
We do also offer bespoke delivery options for larger orders or where your site has unique delivery requirements. We can also get an order to you on a Saturday if you need us too. Feel free to drop us a line for a price. We’re always happy to help.
Free deliveries
For any free deliveries quoted on our website, these will be delivered kerbside on a 26 tonne vehicle with tail-lift, in our Standard 3–5 Working Day Delivery Service, and for mainland England and Wales only. For all other delivery destinations these will incur a delivery charge. See our shipping prices for Scotland or contact us for confirmation.
Full pallet orders
Any full pallet orders sent may incur an additional charge if they have to be split down across two pallets to go on a 7.5 tonne vehicle with a tail-lift. Please call us for details and enquiries.
Returns policy
For returns, cancel up to 14 days from date of delivery. Product must be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for cementitious, bitumen, tarmac or perishable products or tools that have been removed from their packaging.
