Our delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. When you add items to your basket, the delivery charges are displayed. Small orders are distributed via courier; larger orders via Pallet Network. Collection is available from our Tamworth depot by request (contact us first to arrange).

Prices apply to deliveries within mainland England and Wales. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding public holidays). Look out for our special offer items and full pallet orders, which may qualify for free delivery. If your order includes one of these, your entire order will be delivered free of charge (terms apply — see below for details).
Please note: Occasionally, manufacturing, supply, or delivery factors beyond our control may cause slight delays. If this happens, we’ll keep you fully informed. We always aim to provide a fast, reliable service and will keep you updated every step of the way.
Click & Collect
We're not a physical store, but you can arrange to Collect your order yourself, picking it up from our depot near Tamworth in Staffordshire. Please contact us first to arrange this service.
Scotland delivery prices
These shipping prices are for mainland Scotland (not the Scottish islands). Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding public holidays). Please note deliveries can take a touch longer into some areas of Scotland, around 8-10 working days.

Delivery Information – Scotland
Prices listed apply to deliveries within mainland Scotland. Additional charges may apply for remote areas due to extended delivery distances.
Please note that Next Day Delivery (Premium 1–2 Working Day Service) cannot be guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the courier service.
Deliveries to the Scottish Isles are not available through this website. To arrange alternative shipping, please contact us directly.
*Next Day Delivery (Premium 1-2 Working Day Service)
Next Day Delivery (Premium 1-2 Working Day Service) delivery is generally an extra £15-20 (exclusions apply).
If a Next Day Delivery order is placed before 1PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), the order is dispatched on the same day.
If the order is placed after 1PM or on a non-working day, the order is dispatched on the next working day.
However, this service is NOT guaranteed and the order can take up to 48 hours (1-2 working days) to arrive. For example, an order placed on a Friday before midday would be despatched the same day for delivery on Monday.
Bespoke delivery options
You’ll notice that some of our products have their own set price for delivery. This is because a few products are outsized and take up more room on the courier than their weight category. Please call us if you have a query.
We do also offer bespoke delivery options for larger orders or where your site has unique delivery requirements. We can also get an order to you on a Saturday if you need us too. Feel free to drop us a line for a price. We're always happy to help.
Free deliveries
For any free deliveries quoted on our website, these will be delivered kerbside on a 26 tonne vehicle with tail-lift, in our Standard 3–5 Working Day Delivery Service, and for mainland England and Wales only. For all other delivery destinations these will incur a delivery charge. See our shipping prices for Scotland or contact us for confirmation.
Full pallet orders
Any full pallet orders sent may incur an additional charge if they have to be split down across two pallets to go on a 7.5 tonne vehicle with a tail-lift. Please call us for details and enquiries.
Returns policy
For returns, cancel up to 14 days from date of delivery. Product must be returned in the same condition and packaging. No returns for cementitious, bitumen, tarmac or perishable products or tools that have been removed from their packaging. You are responsible for returning goods to The Paving Experts, and a 20% restock charge is applied.
