Meet Chloe Hodson

A Friendly Face in the Office

First things first, it's Chloe, not Cleo! We have both in our little team, so it's easily done!

Chloe is our lovely Office Administrator, working alongside Rachael to help manage our customer services and keep everything running smoothly. Cleo is the owner of the business, and between the three of them, they keep everyone on their toes!

Chloe is a fantastic part of our family-run business, bringing a whole lot of enthusiasm, personality and a friendly face to the team. A proud mum, Chloe leads a wonderfully busy life, juggling family life with all the other things she loves. She's always on the go and certainly isn't one to sit still for long!

Experience & Approach

With over seven years of experience in management, HR and customer service, Chloe brings a wealth of knowledge and a real passion for working with people. She's a natural communicator, incredibly approachable and loves a good chat! Her friendly, bubbly personality and charismatic nature mean she's always happy to lend a hand, offer advice or have a good natter with customers and colleagues alike.

Although Chloe only joined us this summer, she's already made a real impression. As our Office Administrator, she plays an important role in keeping things organised and helping our customer service team run smoothly. Chloe is a wonderfully quick learner who picks things up in no time, and she's taken to our business and the products we sell like a duck to water. Thanks to her fantastic foundation of knowledge and years of experience, she's been able to hit the ground running, quickly getting to grips with what we do and how we do it.

Hands-On Knowledge

And we think Chloe's love of DIY has a lot to do with why she's so good at her job! She's naturally practical, resourceful and brilliant at figuring things out. In fact, she's even laid her own paving – so when it comes to getting stuck into a project, she really does know her stuff! That hands-on approach, combined with her ability to learn quickly, think on her feet and find solutions, makes her a real asset when helping our customers. She understands the value of knowing your products, getting the details right and finding the right solution for the job.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Chloe's life is just as full! As a busy mum, her children keep her on her toes, but she wouldn't have it any other way. When she does find a spare moment, you'll often find her getting creative in the kitchen, baking and decorating beautiful cakes and sweet treats. She's a keen cake maker and loves putting her creative flair to good use.

She's also a dab hand at DIY and is never afraid to roll up her sleeves and get stuck into a project. From fixing things around the house to tackling something completely new, Chloe is a real practical problem-solver who will turn her hand to just about anything. Add in her love for dogs and her beautiful four-legged friend Biscuit, and it's safe to say there's never a dull moment in the Hodson household!

Chloe also has a caring side that shines through in her involvement with a local charity, where she's helped organise events and fundraisers, raising over £10,000 during her time there. Her willingness to give back, support others and get involved wherever she's needed says a lot about the kind of person she is.

A Wonderful Addition to the Team

We're absolutely delighted to have Chloe as part of our team. Her experience, can-do attitude, quick thinking and warm, bubbly personality make her a wonderful addition to our little family business. She's always ready for a challenge, happy to help and never short of something to say!
