About Rachael

Rachael is Office Manager at The Paving Experts and a valued member of the team. Known for her warm, professional approach and strong understanding of the products and people she supports, she plays an important role in ensuring every customer receives clear guidance and a positive experience.

Rachael believes exceptional service starts with listening. She takes the time to understand each customer’s needs and takes pride in offering support that is both knowledgeable and personable.

Experience & Approach

Since joining The Paving Experts, Rachael has built strong, practical knowledge across the product range, with particular expertise in Flowpoint and other Instarmac products. She works closely with colleagues and contractors to troubleshoot queries and expand her technical knowledge.

Earlier in her career, Rachael served as a Mortgage Underwriter, sharpening her attention to detail and problem-solving skills. She also spent many years managing the operations and customer inquiries for a family-run fitness business.

Rachael holds a BA (Hons) in Social Science with Social Policy and a Diploma in Criminology from the Open University, supporting her considered approach to professional communication.

Rachael provides practical guidance for both professional contractors and domestic homeowners, ensuring they have full confidence in their product selection and the service provided by the team.

Beyond Work

Rachael lives in Tamworth with her husband Gary, their daughter Liv, and their Basset Hound, Daisy. She enjoys spending time with family and attending shopping trips with her mum and sister.
