How to mix mortars, grouts & adhesives with the Tile Rite 230V Electric Paddle Mixer:

Firstly attach the appropriate M14 mixing paddle for your application to the mixer head.

Mixing Materials with Low Viscosity (Varnishes, paints, liquid glues)

1. Pour the compounds to be mixed into a clean bucket
2. With the electronic regulating device set the minimum rotation on the mixer
3. Place the paddle mixer into the bottom of the bucket
4. Smoothly push the switch, the mixer will begin to rotate slowly to mix the material
5. To speed up the mixing process, increase the number of rotations of the motor. If the materials starts to splash, it is necessary to reduce the number of rotations

Mixing Materials with High Viscosity (Paving Grouts, Mortar, Plaster, Concrete, Lime)

1. Carefully read the instructions on the bag of material to be mixed, and place the correct amount of water into a clean bucket
2. With the electronic regulating device set the minimum rotation on the mixer
3. Place the correct amount of material from the bag into the bucket with the water
4. Place the paddle mixer into the bottom of the bucket
5. Smoothly push the switch, the mixer will begin to rotate slowly to mix the material
6. Gradually add more material to the bucket to achieve a thoroughly mixed, homogenous consistency
7. To speed up the mixing process, increase the number of rotations of the motor. If the materials starts to splash, it is necessary to reduce the number of rotations

Please note: Always follow the manufacturers instructions on the bag of mortar, adhesive, grout or other compound, to ensure the correct amount of water is added, & the correct mix time is achieved
