How to prepare the repair
- Saw-cut the edges to a minimum depth of 12mm. Do not feather-edge the repair.
- Remove oil, grease, dust, loose particles and other visible contamination. Work on a sound substrate.
- Pre-soak the area with clean water to help promote bond and reduce shrinkage, then remove all ponded water.
- Do not apply QC6 when the temperature is below 5°C during application or initial set.
Priming large repairs
For large-section repairs only, keep the substrate permanently damp, remove ponded water and scrub UltraScape Pro-Prime well into the substrate. Apply QC6 immediately after mixing while the primer is still wet.
How to mix QC6
- Use a forced-action mixer or mix vigorously by hand with a suitable tool.
- Add approximately 2.75 litres of water per 25KG bag of QC6.
- Mix to a stiff, consistent, no-slump material with all particles fully wetted.
- Mix only enough material to place within approximately 4 minutes. Never remix or add extra water.
Placing and finishing
- Apply the mixed concrete to the pre-soaked repair area at 12–100mm depth within 4 minutes.
- Firm it well into position with a float, paying particular attention to edges and thin sections.
- Level it to the surrounding surface and close the finish with a steel float or trowel to seal the edges.
Curing
Curing is not required for small patches. For large-section repairs, spray Ultra Floor Prime IT Multi-surface Primer immediately after achieving the surface finish. Apply a generous amount because QC6 hardens rapidly.

How to prepare the repair
- Saw-cut the edges to a minimum depth of 12mm. Do not feather-edge the repair.
- Remove oil, grease, dust, loose particles and other visible contamination. Work on a sound substrate.
- Pre-soak the area with clean water to help promote bond and reduce shrinkage, then remove all ponded water.
- Do not apply QC6 when the temperature is below 5°C during application or initial set.
Priming large repairs
For large-section repairs only, keep the substrate permanently damp, remove ponded water and scrub UltraScape Pro-Prime well into the substrate. Apply QC6 immediately after mixing while the primer is still wet.
How to mix QC6
- Use a forced-action mixer or mix vigorously by hand with a suitable tool.
- Add approximately 2.75 litres of water per 25KG bag of QC6.
- Mix to a stiff, consistent, no-slump material with all particles fully wetted.
- Mix only enough material to place within approximately 4 minutes. Never remix or add extra water.
Placing and finishing
- Apply the mixed concrete to the pre-soaked repair area at 12–100mm depth within 4 minutes.
- Firm it well into position with a float, paying particular attention to edges and thin sections.
- Level it to the surrounding surface and close the finish with a steel float or trowel to seal the edges.
Curing
Curing is not required for small patches. For large-section repairs, spray Ultra Floor Prime IT Multi-surface Primer immediately after achieving the surface finish. Apply a generous amount because QC6 hardens rapidly.

How to prepare the repair
- Saw-cut the edges to a minimum depth of 12mm. Do not feather-edge the repair.
- Remove oil, grease, dust, loose particles and other visible contamination. Work on a sound substrate.
- Pre-soak the area with clean water to help promote bond and reduce shrinkage, then remove all ponded water.
- Do not apply QC6 when the temperature is below 5°C during application or initial set.
Priming large repairs
For large-section repairs only, keep the substrate permanently damp, remove ponded water and scrub UltraScape Pro-Prime well into the substrate. Apply QC6 immediately after mixing while the primer is still wet.
How to mix QC6
- Use a forced-action mixer or mix vigorously by hand with a suitable tool.
- Add approximately 2.75 litres of water per 25KG bag of QC6.
- Mix to a stiff, consistent, no-slump material with all particles fully wetted.
- Mix only enough material to place within approximately 4 minutes. Never remix or add extra water.
Placing and finishing
- Apply the mixed concrete to the pre-soaked repair area at 12–100mm depth within 4 minutes.
- Firm it well into position with a float, paying particular attention to edges and thin sections.
- Level it to the surrounding surface and close the finish with a steel float or trowel to seal the edges.
Curing
Curing is not required for small patches. For large-section repairs, spray Ultra Floor Prime IT Multi-surface Primer immediately after achieving the surface finish. Apply a generous amount because QC6 hardens rapidly.
