It gained HAPAS approval in 2011 and is instantly trafficable causing minimal disruption to pedestrians. When used in combination with SCJ Cold Joint Spray to seal the edges of the pothole, it provides a permanent repair which won’t allow water ingress and protects the repair from failure.

Ultracrete PPR is a quick and easy to use pothole repair tarmac. Simply pour out of the bucket into the pothole and tamp to compact. 1 tub is enough to fill a hole approximately 0.5sqm when compacted to 25mm. Instarmac Ultracrete PPR permanent pothole repair cold lay tarmac is a suitable solution for roads, pavements, driveways and car parks. The product can be trafficked instantly in wet, freezing and hot conditions and at the same time is compatible with the existing road surface. Ultracrete Permanent Pothole Repair can be applied at depths up to 100mm. (Greater depths can be achieved by applying the layer-on-layer method).

Ultracrete SCJ Cold Joint Spray is a sealer which can be applied onto the vertical edges & surface base of a pothole before the application of cold lay tarmac or asphalt. Ideal for use with Permanent Pothole Repair PPR & Instaband ECO.  Comes in a 750ml aerosol can.
