How to Operate the Tile Rite Luna Vacuum Suction Cup
- Ensure that the battery is charged for uninterrupted, continuous use up to 8 hours (supplied fully charged)
- Ensure the base of the vacuum cup is clean and free of dirt, dust and debris
- Place the vacuum suction cup onto the tile, glass or material to be lifted and press the button to achieve suction
- Ensure that the digital display monitor is steady and working before you lift your tile or paving slab
- When using on riven or textured materials, a performance test should be undertaken before lifting (lifts up to 110KGs)
- Release the tile or slab with the air release mode after lifting and placing
- If the load has a protective film, it must be removed before the suction pad is placed on the load
- When using two vacuum suction cups on larger material, ensure the cups are positioned equal distances from the edges of the tile to achieve a balanced lift

How do you use the Tile Rite Luna Vacuum Suction Cup?
Use the battery operated vacuum suction cup on clean, riven and smooth, non-porous surfaces, to lift slabs, tiles, wood, plastic, glass and metal up to 110KG's in weight. Please note that dirt, debris, moisture or contaminants will reduce the slip resistance of the cup - it is important to ensure that the surface of your materials is clean prior to placement and lifting.

The manufacturer Tile Rite state that the Luna Vacuum Suction Cup can lift a horizontal load weight capacity of 110KG's. However we have been reliably informed by some of our contractors that it can lift to 200KGs - we cannot guarantee this, you would need to safely test and above 110KG's would be at your own risk!

Our delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. When you add items to your basket, the delivery charges are displayed. Small orders are distributed via courier; larger orders via Pallet Network. Collection is available from our Tamworth depot by request (contact us first to arrange on 0330 122 1025).
Please note, there is a slight surcharge for areas that are outside of our locality, charges calculated at checkout.

How to Operate the Tile Rite Luna Vacuum Suction Cup
- Ensure that the battery is charged for uninterrupted, continuous use up to 8 hours (supplied fully charged)
- Ensure the base of the vacuum cup is clean and free of dirt, dust and debris
- Place the vacuum suction cup onto the tile, glass or material to be lifted and press the button to achieve suction
- Ensure that the digital display monitor is steady and working before you lift your tile or paving slab
- When using on riven or textured materials, a performance test should be undertaken before lifting (lifts up to 110KGs)
- Release the tile or slab with the air release mode after lifting and placing
- If the load has a protective film, it must be removed before the suction pad is placed on the load
- When using two vacuum suction cups on larger material, ensure the cups are positioned equal distances from the edges of the tile to achieve a balanced lift
