The pump-action lever allows a vacuum to be formed in just a few pumps, incorporating a safety mark indicator on the plunger to ensure maximum suction is achieved. The suction can be easily released by pressing the thumb release on the handle.

How to Operate the Tile Rite Pump Action 200mm Vacuum Suction Cup

• Ensure the base of the vacuum cup is clean and free of dirt, dust and debris
• Place the vacuum suction cup onto the tile, glass or material to be lifted and pump the leaver to achieve suction
• When using on riven or textured materials, a performance test should be undertaken before lifting
• If the load has a protective film, it must be removed before the suction pad is placed on the load
• When using two vacuum suction cups on larger material, ensure the cups are positioned equal distances from the edges of the tile to achieve a balanced lift
